What is Nova Prints?
Nova Prints is a small 3D print shop based in Pennsylvania. We make unique 3D printed gifts, gaming accessories, desk decor, display pieces, badge holders, and limited drops.
Are your products handmade?
Yes. Our products are made using 3D printers and finished by hand when needed. Because of the 3D printing process, small layer lines or minor surface differences may be visible. This is normal and part of how 3D printed products are made.
How long does it take to ship?
Most ready-to-ship items are processed within 1–3 business days.
Made-to-order or custom items may take 3–7 business days before shipping.
Do you ship outside the United States?
At this time, Nova Prints currently ships within the United States only.
Can I choose a different color?
Many products are available in multiple colors. If a color option is listed on the product page, you can choose it before checkout.
For special color requests, please contact us before ordering.
Do you take custom orders?
Custom orders may be available during certain times. If custom orders are open, they will be listed on the site or announced through our social media.
Custom work may cost extra depending on the design, size, color, and print time.
What are Limited Launches?
Limited Launches are short-run products, seasonal colors, special designs, or items available for a limited time. Once they leave orbit, they may not return.
Are 3D printed products strong?
Most items are made to be durable for normal use, but they should still be handled with care. 3D printed items can break if dropped, bent too hard, crushed, or exposed to high heat.
Can 3D prints melt or warp?
Yes. Some 3D printed materials can soften or warp in high heat. Do not leave products in hot cars, direct sunlight for long periods, near heaters, or outside in extreme heat.
How do I clean my item?
Use a soft dry cloth or a slightly damp cloth. Do not soak the item in water, place it in the dishwasher, or use harsh chemicals.
What should I do if my order arrives damaged?
Contact us within 3 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the item and packaging. We will review the issue and help make it right.
Can I return an item?
Because many items are made-to-order, custom, or limited-run, returns are only accepted for damaged, defective, or incorrect items.
We do not accept returns for buyer’s remorse, wrong color choice, or accidental orders.
Can I cancel my order?
Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase as long as production or shipping has not started.
Do your products come exactly like the photos?
We do our best to make every item match the listing photos as closely as possible. Slight differences in color, texture, or layer lines may happen because of lighting, screen settings, and the 3D printing process.
