Refund policy
At Nova Prints, all of our products are made to order and custom 3D printed specifically for you. Because of this, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds for orders placed correctly.
Damaged or Defective Items If your item arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at [your email] with photos of the damage. We will reprint and reship the item at no charge, or issue a full refund at our discretion.
Order Errors If we made an error on your order (wrong item, wrong color, wrong size), we will correct it at no cost to you. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Cancellations Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund. After 24 hours, production may have already begun and cancellations cannot be guaranteed.
Non-Refundable Situations
- Customer-provided incorrect shipping addresses
- Orders lost due to incorrect address provided at checkout
- Change of mind after the 24-hour cancellation window
- Minor color variations due to monitor display differences
