Shipping & Returns

At Nova Prints, we do our best to get your order made, packed, and shipped as quickly as possible. We are a small 3D print shop based in Pennsylvania, and every order is handled with care.

Processing Time

Most ready-to-ship items are processed within 1–3 business days.

Made-to-order or custom items may take 3–7 business days depending on the size, color, and current order volume.

During busy times, limited drops, holidays, or large orders, processing may take a little longer.

Shipping Time

Once your order ships, delivery time depends on the shipping carrier and your location.

Most U.S. orders typically arrive within 3–7 business days after shipping.

You will receive tracking information once your order has been shipped.

Shipping Area

Nova Prints currently ships within the United States.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your item arrives damaged, broken, or you received the wrong item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery.

Please include:

Your order number
Photos of the item
Photos of the packaging
A short description of the issue

We will review the issue and help make it right.

Returns

Because many Nova Prints items are made-to-order, custom, or limited-run products, we do not accept returns for buyer’s remorse, wrong color choice, or accidental orders.

Returns may be accepted only if the item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Custom Orders

Custom orders cannot be returned or canceled once production has started.

Please double-check all spelling, colors, sizing, and details before placing a custom order.

Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase, as long as production or shipping has not started.

Once an item has been printed, packed, or shipped, the order cannot be canceled.

Heat Warning

Many 3D printed products can be sensitive to heat. Please do not leave items in hot cars, direct sunlight for long periods, or near high heat. Heat damage after delivery is not covered by returns or replacements.
