Welcome to Nova Prints. By placing an order on our store, you agree to the following terms.

Made-to-Order Products All products sold by Nova Prints are custom manufactured upon order. Production begins within 24 hours of purchase. As a result, orders cannot be modified or cancelled after the 24-hour window.

Order Acceptance We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including orders that appear fraudulent, contain errors, or cannot be fulfilled due to production constraints. If your order is cancelled, you will receive a full refund.

Intellectual Property Nova Prints respects the intellectual property rights of third parties. Some of our designs may feature characters, logos, or artwork. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that any custom design files submitted to us do not infringe on third-party intellectual property rights. Nova Prints is not liable for any IP infringement arising from customer-submitted designs.

Nova Prints' original designs, branding, and product photography are the exclusive property of Nova Prints and may not be reproduced without written permission.

Accuracy of Information We strive to display product colors and dimensions as accurately as possible. However, slight variations may occur due to monitor settings and the nature of 3D printing. These variations do not constitute defects.

Limitation of Liability Nova Prints' liability is limited to the purchase price of the item in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Governing Law These terms are governed by the laws of the State of [your state], United States.

Changes to Terms We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of our store constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
