Processing Time All Nova Prints products are made to order. Please allow 3–7 business days for production before your order ships. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has shipped.

Domestic Shipping (United States) We offer the following flat-rate shipping options within the US:

Estimated domestic delivery: 3–7 business days after shipment.

International Shipping We ship internationally via DHL Express and FedEx. Rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and package weight.

Estimated international delivery: 5–14 business days after shipment, depending on destination and customs processing.

Customs & Duties International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, and taxes imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer. Nova Prints is not responsible for delays caused by customs.

Lost or Stolen Packages Nova Prints is not responsible for packages lost or stolen after confirmed delivery. If your tracking shows delivered but you haven't received your package, please contact your local carrier or postal service first, then reach out to us at [gkpahn02@gmail.com.
